At Breww , we’re excited to welcome our first Solutions Consultant in the U.S. to help expand our presence in a thriving market of over 100 U.S. breweries (and growing!). This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact, high-growth environment where your voice and ideas will truly shape our strategy. As a key part of our go-to-market team, you’ll partner closely with Sales Executives to design meaningful product demonstrations and deliver smart, tailored solutions to potential customers. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, you’ll be instrumental in delivering a smooth and empowering customer journey-from first impression to ongoing success. We’re looking for someone collaborative, curious, and proactive-someone who not only understands technical software but also cares deeply about building strong relationships, supporting customers, and helping teams thrive. What You’ll Be Doing Inspire confidence : Partner with Sales to deliver engaging, thoughtful product demos that clearly show how Breww solves real-world challenges for breweries. Put customers first : Work with teams across the business to understand each customer’s goals and create customized solutions that drive long-term success. Ensure smooth transitions : Help guide customers through onboarding by providing support, training, and clear communication. Drive meaningful change : Provide feedback to our Product team to help shape the future of Breww’s platform based on customer needs and market trends. Elevate the brand : Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop compelling messaging and sales tools that resonate with a variety of audiences. Empower our team : Train new Sales Executives and share best practices to help others succeed. Support globally, with a U.S. focus : Manage technical demonstrations primarily for North American customers, while also supporting global partners as needed. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves A genuine interest in the brewery or beverage industry -you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be excited about the space. At least 2 years in a technical or software-related role , with a quick learning curve and confidence navigating digital platforms. Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing roles , especially where collaboration was key to success. Excellent communication skills -you know how to explain complex ideas in simple, engaging ways. A strong sense of commercial awareness , with the ability to balance what the customer wants with what’s possible. A people-first mindset , with a passion for delivering meaningful outcomes for clients and colleagues. Comfort working with data to drive insights and guide decision-making. Adaptability and a solutions-oriented attitude -you don’t just identify problems; you help solve them. Nice-to-Haves . Experience selling software or technology solutions Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Interest or experience in the brewing, food & beverage, or hospitality industries Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Why Breww? ????
