$15/hour + performance bonuses

Hours:

3-hour or 6-hour shifts, part-time

Duration:

July through August We are a luxury beach brand launching this summer, and we’re looking for part-time sales associates to help us run pop-up stands in high-traffic beach areas. We sell high-quality umbrellas and beach bags, and this role involves both selling our products and promoting our brand in person. Pop-up events will be held at various beaches within a 1-hour drive of Wilmington, and each associate will be responsible for transporting products and setting up the stand at different locations. Drivers will be compensated for mileage and travel time. What you’ll be doing: Representing the brand in a professional and approachable way Selling and educating beachgoers about our products and brand philosophy Transporting products to and from pop-up locations Setting up and taking down the pop-up stand What we’re looking for: Reliable, friendly, and comfortable talking to people Physically able to carry and set up beach equipment Comfortable working outdoors Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required This is a seasonal role running from July to the end of August, with flexibility for students who may need to return to school early.
