Cloud Director About the Role We are seeking a strategic and visionary Cloud Director to lead cloud transformation initiatives across the region. This role will work in close alignment with sales, delivery, partner ecosystems, and global stakeholders to design and drive innovative, scalable cloud-based solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, business development experience, and a proven track record in managing large-scale cloud programs and delivering measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Strategy Execution Define and finalize regional objectives across Pre-sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Talent, and Governance.

Establish and monitor performance targets:

TCV, revenue growth, pipeline, and business outcomes across time horizons. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership Own regional pipeline and revenue growth targets. Drive TCV, margin, and business outcomes; regularly report KPIs and performance metrics. Regional Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Collaborate with business groups (BGs), geo sales, and global partners to build and execute region-specific GTM plans. Identify high-potential accounts and execute account-specific strategies. Strengthen ecosystem partnerships to maximize market reach and opportunity conversion. Stakeholder & Partner Management Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including GTM, CoE, delivery, and alliance teams. Act as a strategic liaison between regional teams and global cloud leadership. Offerings & CoE Collaboration Partner with CoE to shape offerings aligned to regional needs. Drive adoption of CoE platforms in client engagements and field delivery. Innovation & Thought Leadership Contribute to the innovation agenda through insights on market and tech trends. Publish blogs, POVs, and whitepapers to position TCS as a thought leader in cloud. Governance & Operating Model Define governance structures and RACI models for execution. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and KPIs for regional teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Annual TCV and pipeline growth from Big Bets Regional revenue and margin contribution Market share expansion and client satisfaction metrics

Qualifications Mandatory Skills Strategic Leadership :

Proven success in managing large industry verticals or global accounts; experience in cloud transformation at scale.

Sales & Growth :

Track record of driving pipeline, closing high-value deals, and achieving revenue targets.

Cloud & Tech Expertise :

In-depth knowledge of multi-cloud, hybrid environments, digital transformation, and value-based solutioning.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Strong C-suite relationship management; cross-functional collaboration within matrix organizations.

Leadership & Influence :

Experience in leading distributed teams, influencing stakeholders, and aligning toward shared outcomes.

Communication :

Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills. Desired Skills Cloud certifications and technical depth in AI, IoT, microservices, security, or enterprise applications. Understanding of regional market trends, regulatory environments, and customer behavior. Experience with agile, design thinking, and co-innovation initiatives. MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Track record of thought leadership through publications or industry speaking engagements.
