As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a vital role in showcasing our products, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales at various promotional events. If you have a passion for customer service, sales, and are looking to be part of a dynamic team, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Actively promote and demonstrate our products to event attendees, ensuring brand messaging is communicated clearly and effectively. Engage with customers, answer product-related inquiries, and close sales in a friendly, persuasive manner. Provide excellent customer service, creating positive experiences that build brand loyalty. Assist in setting up, organizing, and breaking down promotional displays and product arrangements at events. Ensure the brand is represented professionally and consistently, adhering to the company’s image, values, and guidelines. Develop a deep understanding of the product range and be able to explain key features and benefits to customers. Collect customer feedback and insights during events to share with the team and contribute to future marketing strategies
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with diverse groups of people. Enthusiastic, approachable, and proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. A passion for the brand and the products you’ll be promoting.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time during events. Ability to lift and carry promotional materials or product stock if necessary. If you have a flair for engaging customers, a passion for sales, and are excited about promoting products at exciting events, we’d love to hear from you!
