KIDZ) . As we expand our presence across the Solana ecosystem and other emerging infrastructures, we are seeking a strategic operator to help us connect capital, content, and collaboration. This is a cross-functional position that blends ecosystem intelligence, relationship activation, and narrative strategy. You will help define how our company shows up in the most relevant conversations across crypto and AI — and shape the way external stakeholders understand where we’re going. Role Overview You will own the strategic development of our ecosystem presence, with a particular focus on Solana and the broader Crypto x AI intersection. This includes identifying high-signal partners and narratives, driving early-stage relationship momentum, and translating market insight into internal decision-making and public-facing presence. You’ll work directly with the executive team (CEO/CFO) to design and execute a multi-layered approach to content, ecosystem engagement, and capital-facing messaging. The ideal candidate is a self-directed ecosystem builder who thrives at the edge of research, storytelling, and relationship design. What You’ll Do Identify and engage with emerging narratives and builder ecosystems (e.g., Solana DePIN, AI-powered learning tools, and modular EdTech frameworks) Write and develop content such as investor memos, founder briefs, press releases, and ecosystem updates Build and manage strategic relationships with project founders, researchers, capital allocators, and early-stage protocols Track partnership leads and drive high-conviction deal momentum, from first contact to execution support Represent the company in IRL and online spaces — including conferences, Telegram/Discord circles, and founder roundtables What We’re Looking For 3-6 years in crypto, strategy, research, or partnerships roles — preferably with experience in Solana or adjacent ecosystems Strong narrative awareness — understands how crypto narratives form, and how to participate or shape them Excellent research and writing skills — able to synthesize market movements into crisp, founder/investor-ready insight Operational fluency — able to define goals, triage outreach, and move between strategy and execution Crypto-native presence on Twitter/X, Telegram, or research forums is a plus
