In the role of Engagement Strategist , the individual will be responsible for working closely with the Technical Director on our Retail Media Network initiative as well as with our sales and sales engineering teams in a presales and post-sale capacity. The Engagement Strategist will facilitate conversations directly with clients and internal teams to define strategy and scope in order to understand project requirements to be executed by the Services team. This role is crucial in being a liaison between all key internal and external stakeholders for a successful services project.
Responsibilities:
Facilitating project discovery and subsequent documentation – developing project requirements Voice of the client providing feedback into product roadmap Pitching capabilities and being a platform advocate during the pre-sales process Being an internal advocate for any support issues that arise during maintenance phase, working with appropriate teams across sales engineering, sales, and account management Work directly with Services team on a daily basis to help ensure successful delivery of projects Evangelize our products and platforms internally and externally BA/BS required 5-10 years of experience Industry experience in AdTech, MarTech, and or Software development Deep knowledge of bespoke solution building from creative, technical, pre-sales and implementation perspectives Ability to translate complex technical ideas into succinct and digestible language for lay clients General understanding of SDLC best practices, development methodology understanding, ideally including Agile, Scrum, JIRA, documentation, gathering requirements and discovery process Excellent written & verbal communication, client management and time management skills Nice to have – Soft sales skills and experience across multiple verticals •
