The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between our brand and customers, promoting our products and services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hybrid position focuses exclusively on in-house private dining sales. Locations

• The Cork 1794: an Award-Winning American chophouse in Erie, PA, with vibrant happy hours and a mixologist-driven bar.

• Skunk & Goat Tavern:

  Cozy dining experience in North East, PA with craft beers, signature cocktails, and creative menus.

• Responsibilities Book profitable events aligned with company objectives Utilize Tripleseat to manage leads and client communication Promote signature events: monthly wine dinners, liquor-themed dinners, and weekly wine tastings Attend training and meetings to stay updated on offerings and procedures Compensation Hourly rate: $18 per hour Part Time / Weekly hours: 24-30 per week as needed Opportunity for Commission Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining or hotel sales Proficiency with Tripleseat preferred / Training Provided Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and remotely Commitment to achieving sales goals and maintaining professional standards
