In-Store Demo Representative Aruba’s Halal Kitchen Philadelphia, PA 19137

Position Overview:

We are seeking an engaging Demo Representative to represent Aruba’s Halal Kitchen in stores and events. The Demo Rep will be responsible for introducing our frozen halal TV dinners to potential customers, offering samples, explaining product benefits, and driving sales through enthusiastic and informed demonstrations at various retail locations in Philadelphia, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage in-store or event demo stations Warm up and present product samples to customers Educate customers on the quality, halal certification, and benefits of our meals Create a welcoming and informative experience that reflects our brand values Record how much was sold and report at the end of shift Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times Communicate with the team about customer feedback and restock needs

Requirements:

Access to reliable transportation Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred. Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Comfortable speaking with strangers and working independently. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 pounds.

Work Conditions:

Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours. Work environment includes exposure to food allergens, refrigerated areas, and customer interaction in a retail setting.

Experience with food demos, sales, or customer-facing roles Must meet local health certification or food handler requirements (if applicable)
