Greenville, SC (Greenville, SC) compensation: 1099 independent contractor Norton National will be in Greenville for Big Bounce America, and we and we are looking for some amazing and talented brand ambassadors to fill the following shifts:

United States Pay Rate:
$22/hr
Pay Terms:
This is 1099 Independent Contractor pay; paid via company check mailed via USPS. This is NOT Same day pay. We DO NOT offer direct deposit or electronic app transfers at this time.
You will be provided a link to submit your invoice at the conclusion of your shift. Invoices and Vendor Paperwork are due by Monday before 4:00 PM PST. Checks are sent out the following Friday.
Job Scope:
Roles and responsibilities will include helping with registration, signing waivers, scanning tickets, monitoring the bounce houses for safety, being goodwill ambassadors, providing light set up and strike (blowing up beach balls, assembling feather banners, setting up tables, etc.) and giving directions.
Requirements:
- 18yrs +
- able to pass a criminal background check
- able to commit to the FULL shift without needing to leave early
- able to work in a fast paced & loud environment
- able to stand for long periods at a time
Attire:
Dress for the weather! This event is outdoors.
- Unbranded white t-shirt
- Black bottoms
- Closed toe, comfy shoes
- Safety vest will be provided on site
- In order to be considered for this program, you must be willing to allow Norton National to conduct a background check on your behalf
