Job Description:
Catering Attendant/Vending Team assists in the set-up, execution, and breakdown of a catering event. Reports directly to the Catering Manager or the Catering Captain for event.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Transports materials to and from the event area, following company standards and safety qualifications. Assists with set up onsite as well as decorates, and prepares serving/dining area following prepared layout plans by Catering Manager. Follows direction from Catering Captain/Catering Manager overseeing the event Communicates efficiently and is hospitable with attendees Assist with teardown and load up after the event Cleans and sanitizes equipment after the event Restocks clean equipment, utensils, and equipment to proper locations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Previous experience is ideal Strong organizational, time management, and team motivation skills are essential. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with customers, management, and Home Team staff. Ability to respond effectively to changing demands. Effective problem solving in a fast-pace environment. Availability on holidays, weekends and evenings as most events occur during these times.
