As an Events Associate,you’ll play a vital role in all aspects of event planning andmanagement. About The Role As our Brand Ambassador, you areresponsible for: Promoting our mission by effectively communicatingthe organization’s values, and goals to the public. Raising brandawareness through effectively publicizing our work, initiatives,and campaigns. Engaging with the public by interacting with peopleat events, community gatherings, and other outreach activities toshare information and answer questions. Distribute materials suchas brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials to informpeople about the charity. Collecting donations as a way ofassisting in fundraising efforts and encouraging support for theorganization. Recruiting Volunteers to lend their time and skillsfor the charity’s programs. Sharing Success Stories related to ourwork to inspire others. Using social media to support the charity’ssocial media efforts by sharing posts, engaging with followers, andcreating content (if necessary). Represent the organizationprofessionally by helping us maintain a positive image at alltimes. Supporting Events through assisting with the setup,execution, and breakdown. Provide feedback to the organizationabout public responses Report on activities and interactions withpeople.
