Compensation:

$87,300 – $189,200 yearly

Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to attract potential clients and generate leads effectively in the Orange Beach, AL area Participate in training programs aimed at improving knowledge and skills within the real estate industry Persistently follow up on leads until successful appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards achieving company objectives Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients successfully Utilize a CRM system to keep customer information accurate and up-to-date for agents Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients

Qualifications:
