Leasing Consultant 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 20050 Oak Rd E, Gulf Shores, AL 36542 The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing and marketing the apartment community on a daily basis and maintaining positive resident relations. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Greeting prospects and qualify them by covering all required criteria Immediately record all telephone and in-person traffic through CRM Showing our community and different floor plans. Process applications for approval Prepare leases and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly Immediately follow-up with prospects unable to close on and attempts to close sale again Secure resident signature(s) on all required paperwork before move-in Assist in monitoring renewals Distribute any company-issued notices Resident Relations Listen to all resident requests, complaints, and comments Ensure all work orders are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed service requests Assist in planning and hosting resident functions Assist with enforcing policies and rules of the community Community Marketing Distribute newsletters, pamphlets, flyers, etc. to local business and employers Assist in obtaining and/or distributing marketing information via telephone and/or in-person visits Complete direct marketing mailers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years in a customer service or sales-oriented role. 6+ months of on-site leasing experience or a combination of customer service and sales experience and education preferred Strong attention to detail Possess superior sales ability Computer proficiency, including
MS Office:
