Responsibilities:
Develop the client base by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to expand clientele. Manage leads effectively by hunting for, organizing, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries, converting them into appointments promptly with excellent customer responses. Maintain an organized database of current and potential clients, ensuring all lead information is up to date. Engage with prospects through various communication methods such as email and phone calls to nurture them in the sales pipeline and generate qualified luxury real estate leads. Deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports to demonstrate progress towards company objectives for the team.
Qualifications:
Real Estate license or the motivation to get one. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must for successful client engagement. Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
