We are a high-growth, mission-oriented company, and we’re looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Leasing Specialist to join our aTeam. This role is designed for competitive sales professionals who thrive in a commission-based environment and are driven by the opportunity to maximize earnings through strong sales performance. While leasing experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a strong background in sales, real estate, or customer acquisition. Job Overview The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for leasing new homes and driving occupancy in our build-for-rent single-family community. This role is all about hunting for leads, closing deals, and exceeding leasing goals. Candidates should be confident, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to find prospects and convert them into tenants. The Leasing Office is located at 31662 FallingWater Loop in Spanish Fort, AL, and is accessible to our residents. Hours of operation are Monday

  • Friday, 9:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM.

Candidates must be available to work Saturdays. The compensation includes a base salary PLUS commission for every move-in.

Responsibilities Sales & Leasing:

Actively prospect, generate, and follow up on leads to drive leasing success. Conduct tours of available homes, emphasizing unique selling points and community benefits. Utilize strong sales techniques to convert leads into signed leases. Respond promptly to leasing inquiries, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Network, conduct outreach, and develop creative lead-generation strategies to maintain a high occupancy rate. Close deals with confidence, using a strong understanding of sales psychology and negotiation tactics.

Resident Relations & Community Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the leasing process. Act as the first point of contact for potential tenants and create a welcoming leasing experience. Experience Hunter mentality with a passion for sales, networking, and closing deals. 1-2 years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or another high-performance sales field. Self-motivated and able to work independently to hit (and exceed) leasing goals. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up strategies. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to adapt to different sales strategies and customer personalities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.). Tech-savvy and willing to learn Yardi Software and other leasing tools. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
