Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales and Connect with Customers Lead sales efforts within your territory, building strong relationships with business owners and employees. Drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Decision Making and Consistency Take ownership of your sales territory, making strategic decisions to maximize growth and profitability. Utilize available resources and training to drive success. Impact and Growth Contribute to the growth of the agency by selling top tier products and making a meaningful impact on the community. Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in previous roles. Strong, disciplined work ethic with a growth mindset. Willingness to be coachable and embrace continuous learning. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced environment. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent required in addition to 4 yrs relevant experience Sales experience and a health insurance license are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Earnings Potential:

$75,000- $120,000+ in the first year, with additional bonuses of $100- $5,000+ per month.
