What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist prospective residents, showcasing available apartments and community amenities Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish Maintain accurate resident records and manage lease files Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach Handle resident inquiries and provide exceptional service with a positive attitude Collaborate with the property management team to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction ??
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional attitude and appearance Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred Familiarity with property management software is a plus ??
