Role:
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting potential residents with their ideal living spaces. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase our properties, highlighting their unique features and benefits to prospective tenants. You will also manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through to lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. Building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective residents will be essential, as you will be their primary point of contact for any questions or concerns. Ultimately, your success in this role will contribute to the overall occupancy rates and satisfaction levels within our community.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in the property management industry. Experience with property management software and leasing processes. (OneSite and Entrada) Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, effectively communicating the benefits and features of the community. Manage inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and accurate information to potential residents. Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective and current residents in the property management system. Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
