What You’ll Do:

• Drive or walk through neighborhoods and identify distressed, vacant, or off-market properties
• Take clear photos and note property details (location, condition, etc.)
• Submit leads using our simple form or app
• Get paid when we close on a property you bring us ⸻

What We’re Looking For:

• Hustlers, side-giggers, and deal spotters with a good eye for distressed or under-valued homes
• Reliable transportation (car, bike, or feet

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow simple instructions
