This is an excellent opportunity for someone dependable and experienced in real estate law or the title insurance industry. Detail oriented professional with strong communications, client relations and computer skills. The Post Closer will ensure all post-closing tasks are completed, including recording the deed and/or mortgage, disbursing funds, verify the accuracy of closing documents, and addressing any post-closing issues. Will Coordinate with lenders, title companies and other parties and ensure all parties involved receive required information. Keep detailed record of all actions taken and documentation processed. Knowledge of real estate transactions process and the documentation involved. Mortgage and/or title insurance required. Must have strong attention to detail, accuracy is crucial. HSG. College a plus.
Normal Hours:
8:00 – 5:00, Monday – Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
