Title Post Closer Parmer Law 2204 Lakeshore Drive, Birmingham, AL 35209 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Title Post Closer to join our team. The Post Closer will ensure all post-closing tasks are completed, including recording the deed and/or mortgage, disbursing funds, verify the accuracy of closing documents, ensuring all parties involved receive required information, and addressing any post-closing issues.
Key responsibilities will include:
Verifying the accuracy of closing documents: This involves ensuring all documents are properly executed, signed, and notarized. Coordinating with lenders, title companies, and other parties: W ork with various contacts to gather necessary information and documents for the post-closing process.
Recording the deed and/or mortgage:
This involves submitting the deed and/or mortgage to the relevant county or state office for recordation.
Disbursing funds:
Ensure funds are distributed according to the closing instructions and that appropriate documentation is provided.
Addressing post-closing issues:
Handle any questions or concerns that may arise after the closing.
Maintaining accurate records:
Keep detailed records of all actions taken and documentation processed.
