Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and motivated Leasing Assistant to join our team at Auburn Realty, LLC. The Leasing Assistant will be responsible for helping manage all aspects of leasing residential properties, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for prospective tenants. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping people find their perfect living space.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Property Tours:

Show available rental properties to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and answering questions about the property, lease terms, and amenities.

Leasing Process Management:

Guide applicants through the leasing process, including filling out applications, answering leasing questions, and directing prospective tenants to the correct department.

Tenant Communication:

Act as a point of contact for tenants, responding promptly to inquiries, scheduling showings, and addressing any concerns throughout the lease process.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant needs and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective tenants.

Inspections:

Conduct detailed inspections of current and vacant units.

Clerical:

Complete clerical tasks such as filing, office projects, and other tasks needed to assist Managers.

Qualifications:
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written; ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with property management software and basic knowledge of leasing processes is a plus.

Mode of transportation:

Dependable mode of transportation to show properties is a requirement.
