Real Estate Closing Specialist/Paralegal Buckner, Davis & Hudson, PC 724 N Dean Rd Ste 100, Auburn, AL 36830 We are seeking an experienced real estate specialist to assist with our established real estate closing department. Previous experience is required.

Initiative is encouraged. Job responsibilities could include procuring title searches, seller document prep, preparing settlement statements, drafting conveyance documents, communicating regularly with clients, realtors, lenders, title companies, surveyors, pest control companies and similar third parties to provide and procure required information and documentation, calendaring of closings and other related tasks that are needed to ensure a successful real estate closing. • Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00, with a 1 hour lunch break.
