Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging with prospective buyers and sellers via phone, text, and email—turning leads into appointments. Building relationships and uncovering needs—your job is to listen, ask great questions, and connect clients to the right agent. Working in a dynamic, team-oriented sales environment where motivation, persistence, and drive are rewarded. Managing follow-ups and tracking client progress to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

What You Won’t Be Doing:

Cold calling random lists—we provide the leads! Driving buyers around town or managing contracts—this is all inside sales! Wondering when your next paycheck will come—this role has a strong base salary + performance-based bonuses!
