Responsibilities:

Manage leasing operations to meet occupancy goals Conduct tours and assist prospective residents through the leasing process Complete lease agreements, collect deposits, and coordinate move-ins Maintain accurate resident records and reports Ensure vacant units and models are clean and tour-ready Respond to resident inquiries professionally and promptly Assist with marketing and outreach to promote the community Follow Fair Housing laws and company policies

Requirements:

Strong customer service or sales background. Residential leasing experience preferred but not required. High school diploma or GED Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with social media platforms Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Weekend availability (Saturdays required)
