In this role, you’ll serve as the face of the property—greeting prospective renters, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring that residents feel valued and heard. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales Match prospective residents with the perfect apartment home based on their needs and preferences. Conduct property tours and communicate availability and pricing clearly using Yieldstar and other tools. Follow up on all leads daily using Yardi and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move-in. Assist with lease renewals and support efforts to maximize occupancy and retention. Marketing Use social media and Canva to promote the property and upcoming availability. Support community outreach and marketing campaigns to attract new residents. Resident Relations Deliver exceptional customer service to current residents and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Support community events and resident programs that enhance satisfaction and retention. Lease Renewal Support Prepare and manage renewal offers and agreements. Track and engage at-risk residents to improve retention. Partner with the team on creative renewal strategies and incentive programs. Organization & Compliance Maintain accurate records and documentation for all leasing and resident interactions. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and complete all required training per our training guide. Support the team with various administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus—but we’re open to training the right candidate! Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Yardi is a strong plus. Familiarity with Yieldstar and Canva is a bonus. Understanding of Fair Housing laws (or willingness to complete training). High School diploma required; additional certifications in property management or leasing are a plus. Why Join PEM?
