Candidates:
- Future real estate agents who are in classes right now
- Agents brand new to the business
- Agents who just aren’t selling enough to make a living fulltime
- Agents who want to grow their brand with a top ranked team inthe state Agents on our team
- Sell 2-4 houses a month. Our average agent sells over 6 millionin business over 30 units a year
- we are the longest tenured andnationally ranked team for a reason.
- We do things a lot different than most teams and brokerages.

Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensurea successful sale
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local realestate market
- Facilitate the sale of residential real estate.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers andsellers.
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Maintain your Real Estate License
- No experience is required; willing to train the rightperson
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven
- Excellent customer service skills

- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Show a track record of real estate success
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estateexperience
- Experience with the local real estate market and generaltrends
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel bycar
- Must live within 1 hour of headquarters in
