As a Leasing Consultant , you’ll be at the heart of all things mobile home-related, ensuring every lease is signed, every move-in is seamless, and every resident feels right at home. From attracting new residents to keeping current ones happy, this role is your chance to shine and make a real impact!
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Traffic & Close Deals:
Spark excitement by generating leads, qualifying prospective residents, and helping them find their perfect home. You’ll be the go-to expert for leasing mobile homes, preparing documents, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Show Off Our Model Apartments:
Keep our model units looking pristine and ready for tours. You’ll be the one giving prospects the grand tour and showcasing everything our community has to offer!
Renewals & Retention:
You’re a key player in resident satisfaction! Stay on top of lease renewals, keep up with monthly paperwork, and ensure all residents are loving their living experience.
Follow-Up & Build Relationships:
Your communication skills will be on full display as you follow up with leads, convert phone calls into tours, and maintain solid relationships with every resident.
Move-In Magic:
Ensure a smooth transition for new residents by coordinating move-ins, inspecting apartments, and collaborating with the maintenance team to make sure every unit is move-in ready!
Stay Organized & Efficient:
Maintain accurate records, complete leasing reports on time, and help the management team stay on track with daily procedures and clerical tasks.
Resident Happiness:
You’ll be the first line of support for residents, responding to requests quickly and helping to foster a vibrant community where everyone feels valued.
Pristine Property:
Always ensuring that the property is clean and well-maintained, you’ll alert the team to any needed repairs and stay proactive in keeping everything in tip-top shape.
Engage & Retain:
