This role involves listing, marketing, and selling new and pre-owned manufactured/mobile homes in our parks. Your knowledge of the dealership environment and the setup process will make you a trusted resource for buyers and sellers navigating the mobile home market. As a New Home Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customers’ lives by guiding them through the home-buying process. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to advance their careers and have the ambition to control their earnings through a lucrative commission plan. You will be expected to maintain a high level of integrity throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will be a constant learner, developing expertise in finance, mortgage concepts, product knowledge, sales acumen, and local market trends. You will need to maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up with prospective buyers using the company’s CRM system. Personal prospecting will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, where you will develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase traffic to Kaliber Management locations. You will also demonstrate product features and benefits to prospects, set appointments for home visits, and participate in all sales meetings and training opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Present and show mobile/manufactured home inventory
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer preferences and budget
- Provide detailed information on home features, specifications, and community guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and contracts
- Follow up with leads regularly and nurture long-term client relationships
- Stay current on industry trends, inventory changes, and competitor offerings
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in mobile/manufactured home sales, preferably in a lot-based environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Basic understanding of financing, credit applications, and documentation
- Familiarity with the mobile home setup process and community placement options
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or real estate experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
