Leasing Agent Decatur Apartment Homes Decatur, AL 35603 Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for marketing and leasing our commercial properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and property management. Responsibilities
- Promote our properties through effective marketing strategies and networking.
- Respond to inquiries and schedule showings for potential tenants.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about our properties.
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all contracts are up-to-date.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property leases, contracts, and tenant information.
- Utilize our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and leasing goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners. Experience
- Proven experience in property leasing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property leasing and sales practices.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks, including preparing and filing documents.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and handle sales negotiations.
- Experience with property management software, including Yardi.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
