ALABAMA LICENSED BROKER

to serve as the Designated Broker for AFI, a growing Multifamily Property Services company. This role will need to have prior broker experience in the state of AL and have an understanding of Alabama Real Estate rules and regulations. This will be a contract-based position with further opportunities to be determined based on success of initial responsibilities. Business Development Team:

JOB DUTIES

Serve as AFI’s Designated Broker. Maintain all state licensing requirements related to the Alabama brokerage. Collaborate with AFI Leadership to ensure the Designated Broker and the Brokerage are maintaining all Illinois state filing requirements. Be apprised of AFI’s business practices as required to ensure compliance with Arkansas Brokerage laws.

QUALIFICATIONS
