Exempt, Full Time Job Purpose The Escrow Closer is responsible for driving business growth through relationship building, while also managing escrow and closing transactions. This role involves business development activities and ensuring smooth and accurate closing processes. The ideal candidate will establish connections with real estate agents and lenders, lead business development efforts, and oversee closing transactions. Key Performance Indicators Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals to increase closing orders and ATG’s market share. Achieve or exceed monthly goals for quality closing orders and business development initiatives. Manage and conduct closing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with title commitments. Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between clients and the operational team to ensure smooth closing processes. Actively network within the real estate industry to establish relationships and secure closing orders. Promote ATG’s services and mission to potential clients. Manage and conduct closing transactions, including residential, commercial, and refinance deals. Collaborate with Escrow Assistant(s) to ensure accurate and complete closing documents. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication and timely responses to clients. Plan and lead business development activities, including attending industry events, meeting with clients, and promoting ATG’s services in NWA. Track client interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM systems. Oversee quality control of closing processes, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Monitor and review closing documents to ensure compliance and accuracy. Travel within the region (up to 50%) to meet clients and attend industry events. Qualifications Proven experience in business development and escrow management. Knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and closing processes. Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and industry partners. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SoftPro or similar closing software. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to manage office and workflow independently with accuracy and timeliness. Willingness to work extended hours as needed and travel within the Rogers area. Working Conditions The position involves regular office-based work, with moderate travel required for client meetings and networking events. Occasional extended hours may be necessary to meet business demands. Physical Requirements The role requires the ability to sit, stand, and move around an office environment. The noise level is typically moderate. The ability to operate a vehicle for travel is necessary.
