Leasing Agent Koren Riley North Little Rock, AR 72114 Must be able to start ASAP!
Schedule:
Wednesday 10-7; Friday 9-6; Saturday 10-4; Sunday – off; M,onday Tuesday, Thursday are all 9-6. One of these will be their second day off, potentially flexible on what day

$17 an hour

North Little Rock, AR Duties :
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and amenities. Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Maintain knowledge of local rental market trends and property management regulations, including LIHTC and Section 8 guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with residents. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the upkeep of facilities and adherence to maintenance requests through CMMS systems. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, managing office correspondence, and coordinating leasing events. Support marketing efforts by promoting available units through various channels, including social media and community outreach.
