Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, offering tours and showcasing the beauty and amenities of The Pointe Brodie Creek. Assist with leasing activities , including marketing the property, processing applications, and executing leases. Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor while addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service to both residents and prospective tenants. Collaborate with the Community Director to help manage the property efficiently. Ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company policies . Support daily administrative tasks and help with resident requests.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of leasing experience preferred, but we are open to training highly motivated candidates with excellent customer service skills. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
