Position Summary:
We are seeking a personable, motivated, and detail-oriented Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for real estate and customer service, and is looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in a dynamic and stylish community.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm. Conduct engaging property tours and highlight community features and amenities. Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins. Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications and lease signing. Maintain accurate knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and lease terms. Assist with marketing efforts, including social media content and community outreach. Ensure the leasing office, model units, and tour paths are clean and welcoming. Support resident retention efforts and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office. High school diploma or equivalent required.
