You’ll work hands-on with buyers, assist in preparing listings, and gain unmatched exposure to best practices in real estate, both in the field and behind the scenes. What You’ll Be Doing Show properties to qualified buyers and support them throughout the buying process Help prepare and market listings alongside the lead broker Shadow and learn the listing process from one of Stamford’s top brokers Provide administrative support as needed (e.g., scheduling, client communication, prep for showings/open houses) Maintain fast and reliable communication with clients and team members, including nights and weekends Who We’re Looking For Licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Connecticut Minimum 5 years of work experience (not necessarily in real estate) Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to grow Strong communication skills and responsiveness — especially under pressure Prior real estate experience/knowledge is required, even if limited Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Why This Role? Salary :
