4th Boulevard, Gainesville, FL 32607 Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service, helping to facilitate smooth operations in our fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while managing various administrative tasks related to property management and real estate transactions. Responsibilities Cold calling FSBOs’, Expired listings, and buyer inquiries using provided scripts. Monitor lead platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc) Organize and assign leads in (CRM) Perform follow calls as well. Text/email lead follow ups daily. Assist in the preparation and organization of real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to ensure seamless communication and scheduling. Maintain accurate records of property listings, sales activity, and client interactions using our management software. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to provide updates on transactions and address inquiries. Conduct market research to support pricing strategies and marketing efforts for properties. Support the marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing social media accounts. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office systems. Experience Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. Familiarity with real estate law and negotiation techniques is a plus. Proficiency in administrative tasks including document preparation and data management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as effective communication is key in this role.
