This role is Commission based, outbound calling to compile potential sellers in a given area. You can work from home or in person, as long as we hit a minimum of 20 hours active dial time per week. We provide the Data, Dialers, scripts, calculators, CRM’s, all training from any starting point, and anything else needed in order to generate Leads. We also do provide bonus leads if you have the ability to run In-Homes and Close deals. Duties 20 Hours of Dial time weekly Excellent Note taking and organization Structure 20% split on all Real estate volume generated AVG $5,000 Commission per closed transaction, Close more to make more. $200 upfront pay on any qualified contract signed What to Expect It can take 90 days to get your first deal closed 20-hours a week will likely only generate about 1 contract per month 30-hours a weeks should land you 2 contracts per month 40+ hours a week shakes out to 3-5 contracts per month or more
