Job Summary:

Forest Meadows Cemetery Central is seeking a compassionate and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. This in-person, commission-based role involves working directly with families to assist with both pre-need planning and at-need cemetery arrangements , guiding them through meaningful decisions with care and confidence. Key Responsibilities:

Meet with families to present burial and cremation memorialization options Assist both pre-need and at-need families in making thoughtful arrangements Educate families on cemetery offerings, pricing, and placement options Build relationships through community outreach, follow-ups, and referrals Maintain detailed records of family meetings, selections, and follow-through Collaborate with funeral home and cemetery teams for coordinated service Represent Forest Meadows and Family Owned Funeral Group with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and people skills Compassionate, confident, and service-minded Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Willingness to learn cemetery services and planning process (training provided) Must be comfortable with in-person meetings and occasional weekend availability Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

Commission-based compensation structure $500/week draw against commission available Uncapped income potential based on performance Ongoing training and support to help you succeed Why Join Us? Schedule:
