Professional Real Estate Buyer Hi-Land Properties, LLC Palm Bay, FL Hi-Land Properties, LLC is a real estate investment company operating in Florida. We are an independently owned and operated office of HomeVestors® of America. HomeVestors® is an established, well-respected, 20-year old, Entrepreneur Magazine Top 50, national franchise. We seek an experienced Professional Real Estate Buyer to operate in Brevard and Volusia counties. This is a part time position that has the opportunity to grow into full time. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of real estate experience in the territories mentioned above.
Qualifications:
- Must have residential real estate experience in Brevard and Volusia counties.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience purchasing residential real estate.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout the Space Coast.
- Real Estate License preferred
- Licensed Real Estate Brokers with at least 3 years of sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply
Necessary Skills:
- Perform CMA’s to determine accurate property ARVs
- Contract negotiation
- Property renovation estimating
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Types:
