Compensation:

$100,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

Follow up with leads in a timely, thoughtful way to build trust and drive conversions Write clear, accurate offers and guide clients smoothly through the contract-to-close process Build long-term relationships with clients that lead to referrals and repeat business Stay informed about the local market, neighborhoods, and community happenings Help buyers and sellers clarify their goals and confidently navigate their real estate journey Show up for monthly in-person meetings and team training sessions Collaborate, contribute, and support your teammates—we’re better together Follow all state and local regulations, including Fair Housing and ethical standards Communicate with kindness and professionalism—whether with clients, vendors, or fellow agents Stay curious, coachable, and committed to your own growth

Qualifications:
