Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM HH Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Professional to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants. Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries about rentals and leasing terms. Support marketing efforts through listings, social media, and community outreach. Assist applicants with rental applications and document collection. Prepare and explain lease agreements to new tenants. Address and resolve tenant issues professionally and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of tenant interactions, leases, and requests. Provide reports on occupancy, renewals, and turnover to property managers. Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely service and property upkeep. Process rent payments and follow up on delinquencies.

Position Requirements:

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Sales aptitude to convert leads into leases. Familiarity with property management software and office applications. Detail-oriented for accurate recordkeeping and lease administration. Effective problem-solving skills for tenant and property issues.
