We are currently seeking a member who has a real interest in real estate transactions and is exceptionally detail-oriented and reads everything.

Typical duties include:

Reviewing and revising legal documents related to real estate transactions, assisting with title searches and closings, and supporting attorneys in due diligence processes. Manage files, conduct research, and communicate with our lender clients and other stakeholders. Must know something about banking, mortgages, banking, SBA, Florida real estate or running a business in Florida. Must be teachable and accept constructive feedback with ease and take full responsibility and accountability for one’s own conduct, health, and happiness. Two weeks’ paid time off + 4% 401k match after one year. Base salary for first 6 months training/probationary period to be increased as merit requires.
