Commercial Leasing Associate Newrock Partners 3101 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306 Job Summary We are a real estate development and investment firm based in Oakland Park, FL, seeking a motivated Commercial Leasing Associate to join our in-house team. This individual will be responsible for leasing and marketing vacant commercial spaces while ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the leasing process. Key Responsibilities Assist in the full discovery and client engagement process Execute local marketing and advertising strategies to attract prospective tenants Schedule and conduct property tours, coordinate follow-ups, and manage lead tracking Ensure model and vacant units are presentation-ready at all times Manage and maintain CRM data (Monday.com) daily Track lease renewals and process them with oversight from the Leasing Manager Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, prospects, and internal teams to boost satisfaction and occupancy Collaborate across departments to ensure operational success Maintain a high standard of professionalism and be receptive to feedback Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in leasing or marketing in commercial real estate High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Monday.com, is a plus Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shift In-person only (not a remote position)
