Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process. Conduct market analysis to determine property values and develop effective marketing strategies. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry trends. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, client communications, and transaction documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage referrals. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage lenders, inspectors, and appraisers. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Proven sales experience in real estate (not a must – we can teach you all the skills you need) Ability to create genuine connections with clients, vendors, and industry professionals to build long-term, trust-based relationships. Ability to clearly and confidently communicate with clients, agents, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys — both verbally and in writing. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Being empathetic, patient, and understanding of clients’ emotions during what can be a stressful or deeply personal process. Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
