They identify high-yield properties & secure wholesale contracts, which will ultimately be presented to our Investors. Along with market analysis, Acquisition Agents are skilled in closing contracts efficiently while working with outside entities such as title companies & sellers. Step out from behind the desk and into a dynamic role where you’ll connect with people, sharpen your negotiation and analytical skills, and build your expertise in investment real estate—all while making a real impact in the investment community. In a given week, Disposition Agents can expect to: Source investment properties through a variety of strategies Make outbound calls/inquiries to prospective sellers (We will train you!) Secure contracts on a high-volume of investment properties (typically single-family residences) Develop relationships with property owners, investment firms, wholesalers & other real estate agents Visit prospective properties & verify attributes Prepare property photos & information for Disposition Agents Review offers & facilitate closings of contracts Use technology to track transactions & network of sellers Provide elite service to sellers at all stages of the process About the Training We offer a mentor-styled, on-the-job training that is focused on giving you the best tools & support you need to succeed. Prior experience in real estate is required, but you can expect us to to give you top-tier coaching that will set you up for success. About You You are coachable & want to learn all you can to be the best in the business! You have 1+ years of experience in real estate, wholesaling or similar industries. You display exceptional communication & interpersonal skills. You are a master negotiator (or ready to become one!). You want your pay to directly reflect your work. You enjoy being part of a team, but are naturally competitive & entrepreneurial. You hold a current Real Estate License in the state of which you are applying.
