Position Overview:

As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be a key player in expanding our commercial division. You’ll work closely with clients to buy, sell, and lease commercial properties, while identifying new opportunities and offering expert market advice. Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial real estate. Provide top-tier service and strategic advice throughout the transaction process. Negotiate contracts and terms with professionalism and accuracy. Research market trends and deliver insightful reports to clients. Create and execute marketing strategies to promote listings. Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and transactions. Leverage multilingual skills to support our diverse clientele (a plus).

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and marketing abilities.
