• $80K employment type: experience level: senior level job title: Licensed Real Estate Title Agent Prestigious Fort Lauderdale law firm and title company seeks an experienced bright, hardworking, ambitious real estate closer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience who desires a career opportunity with Foremost Title & Escrow services.

Responsibilities will include customer service, the analysis of transaction files, and the processing of documentation to determine the status of real estate in order to close transactions, among other diversified duties. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to provide superior service is required. The right candidate will possess experience as a real estate closer analytical and computer literacy skill along with title agents license, a strong work ethic and customer oriented interpersonal skills. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Generous employment benefits package. The candidate is responsible for performing all the duties of a title closer, which include the following duties necessary to close real estate contracts.

• Opening new files in Qualia
• Processing and clearing title requirements
• Ordering Estoppel Letters, lien and title searches, surveys, payoffs, etc. as required by the title commitment
• Interpreting the title commitment
• Clearing title conditions and maintaining all documents up to date for closing
• Assuring that critical dates are met accordingly to close on time
• Corresponding with all the parties involved in the transaction
• Scheduling the closing with Mobile Notary, if necessary
• Sending all payments as provided in the final closing statement or equivalent, as necessary to assist Title Closer
• Scanning all final closing documents into the title production system to assist Title Closer
