Compensation:

$100,000 – $200,000+ at plan commission yearly

Responsibilities:

Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home Answer the phone with live connections Nurture leads daily Available to show homes on short notice Available to work evenings and weekends 40+ hours a week Attend all meetings and ongoing training Comfortable making videos We offer a complete in-house team ready to support you with marketing pieces, showings assistance, transactions, or any extra help you need. Qualifications:
