Currently, we have a Post-Closer opportunity with a well-established and busy Title Company serving over 20 counties across Florida. This is a Temporary position starting in mid-June and lasting 3-4 months. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Closer to join our dynamic team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the loan closing process, ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of escrow processes, loan origination, and mortgage servicing, as well as compliance with Fair Housing regulations and TILA guidelines. Responsibilities Review and prepare closing documents for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, and real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions. Ensure all necessary disclosures are provided to clients by regulations. Manage the escrow process, including the collection of funds and disbursement of payments. Conduct final audits of loan files to confirm all conditions have been met prior to closing. Address any discrepancies or issues that arise during the closing process promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of underwriting guidelines and mortgage servicing practices. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in escrow, loan origination, or loan processing is preferred. Strong understanding of TILA regulations and Fair Housing laws. Basic math skills for accurate calculations related to loans and fees. Knowledge of underwriting processes is advantageous. Familiarity with financial services and mortgage servicing is a plus.
